Error

Autosteer controller not initialised

The autosteer subsystem is not turned on or is not ready for use.

Check that autosteer subsystem

is switched on and is ready for use.

Autosteer profile mismatch

Parameters in selected vehicle profile do not match vehicle configuration in autosteer subsystem.

Select the correct profile for the vehicle used.

Parameter mismatch

Vehicle geometry parameters do not match the geometry configured in the autosteer system.

Select the vehicle again from the settings screen or check that the vehicle geometry indicated in the relative screen is correct.

Receiver disconnected

The SRC receiver has shut down or lost power, or the receiver – console serial connection has been broken.

Check the power supply to the receiver and ensure the serial connection is working correctly.

Compass calibration failed

Repeat the compass calibration procedure and ensure that the vehicle drives in a circle for 1½ revolutions. Make sure that the vehicle is stopped once the procedure is completed.

Keep the receiver well away from magnetic fields.

Wheel angle sensor calibration failed

Repeat procedure and ensure the steering axle moves through the complete range.

Check that when the steering axle is turned, the information relative to the position of the wheel angle sensor varies accordingly.

Check the wiring and connections of the wheel angle sensor. Check the state of the wheel sensor.

Wheel angle sensor calibration failed.

Wheel angle sensor not detected

The reading from the wheel angle sensor is 0; check the wiring and condition of the sensor.

Vehicle profile error.

Guidance controller not configured for operation with wheel angle sensor.

Obsolete receiver firmware version.

Update receiver firmware.
