Overview of console

Introduction

The X14 console is an electronic device installed on the vehicle and features an LCD touch screen. The console allows the operator to use the autosteer function, guidance system and other control functions. The console is designed to interact with the GPS system and with electronic control units (ECUs), incorporating all the functions required to communicate, record, save and view farming data in a single unit.

Note: before using the autosteer function and the guidance system, read the safety instructions and read this manual carefully to familiarise yourself with the controls.

The console is equipped with a touch screen. To select an element on the screen, touch the relative position with a fingertip, a nail or a stylus (not included).

New features introduced with version 3.20

• Multiple access levels available
• Exiting a field now possible
• Multiple boundaries in a field now possible
• Boundary parameters may be edited
• Regions may be included in or excluded from current job
• New touch screen mode

Note: All selectable map items (flag points, boundaries and optimal lines) are now selected by pressing and holding a point on the screen. The selected item may be edited by holding and dragging it.
