Export a job report
Job records may be exported to a USB device in PDF format.
When a job is exported, the report is saved in PDF format to the location D:/Reports e in D:/Client/Farm/Field/Reports.
- Insert the USB into the console.
- Select:

. The Job report options screen is displayed.
- Select the required options:
- Auto gamma adjustment: in the case of data with colour keys, the report map shading colours are automatically adjusted to allow maximum contrast to clearly illustrate yield.
- Create shapefile: shapefile data is exported to the locations D:/Client/Farm/Field/ CoverageShapefiles and D:/Client/Farm/Field/ BoundaryShapefiles
- Task data: when a job report is exported, the task data is also exported in XML format to a folder denominated TASKDATA.
The active or current job is exported to a folder named Report on the USB device.

Always disconnect the USB device by touching the USB Eject icon before physically removing the device. A message will be displayed indicating that the USB device can be safely removed. If the device is removed beforehand, the report file may not be saved or may be corrupt. |
