Smart Vineyard Tractor

DEUTZ-FAHR presents the Smart Vineyard Tractor, introducing the concept of the “Tractor as Sensor”, which enables the tractor to perform innovative functions such as unmanned driving, autonomous equipment management, and the collection of agronomic data for crop monitoring. With an array of sensors and a high-capacity control unit, the Smart Vineyard Tractor collects and processes data from the surrounding environment in real time, turning them into inputs that enable the vehicle and equipment to operate autonomously. In addition to autonomous driving, the Smart Vineyard Tractor optimises the behaviour of the equipment in real time according to working conditions.

The technology is designed to integrate into the Series 5 DF/DS/DV TTV tractors, significantly expanding their versatility: they can now operate either with an operator on board (transport) or as autonomous robots for row farming. The innovation marks an evolution of the technology derived from VitiBot, a concrete step towards Agriculture 5.0.

DEUTZ-FAHR Series 5 DF/DS/DVPRO

The new Series 5 DF/DS/DVPRO is DEUTZ-FAHR’s answer to the demands of professional fruit and wine farmers who need high-performance, easy-to-use machines. The hydraulic system is at the top of its class, offering a flow rate of 88 l/min and a total of 8 electrohydraulic distributors, capable of handling even the most demanding equipment combinations.

Factory readiness for self-driving systems, an Isobus connection and iMonitor raise the technological level, making these tractors ready for the professional wine-farming of the future. Equipped with FARMotion 35 and 45, the 5 DF/DS/DVPRO are available in 5 models with power ratings from 91 to 116 HP. Even in the basic set-up, the transmission is equipped with 2-stage PowerShuttle and Powershift (Hi-Lo), which can be increased to 3 (HML) in the 45+45 speed version. These models are also available in DEUTZ-FAHR Lamborghini Edition with exclusive white livery and in the SAME brand.

DEUTZ-FAHR crawler range

SDFThe launch of the 5090 and 5100 KF sees DEUTZ-FAHR complete its range of crawler tractors, offering 6 models available in different powers, sizes and configurations.  The Series 5 KF models, with widths from 1.36 to 1.75 m, are designed for orchard and vineyard applications. The Series 5 KF models can be equipped with the ComfortTrack rubber track, which reduces vibrations and damage to the turf. The Series 5 KM is available in 2 configurations: with a lowered silhouette provided by the 2-post folding safety frame for operating inside orchards or with a 4-post frame for operating in open fields, while maintaining a lower operating weight compared to the Series 5 K models. The Series 5 K is specially designed for heavy-duty use in the open field, with a best-in-class footprint and a flat platform driver’s seat that is unique in the segment.

These models are available in DEUTZ-FAHR Lamborghini Edition and in the SAME brand.

Series 6C MY25: EVEN MORE VERSATILE.

While retaining the same features as the previous Series 6C, DEUTZ-FAHR has enhanced its best-seller in the 115-145 HP class with several new features.

The new rear lift geometry allows greater lifting capacity, meeting the demands of the most demanding farming tasks and ensuring an unrivalled level of performance. The new HD front axle allows the use of higher performance equipment. As before, it is available with various hydraulic configurations; the set-up with fully electronic hydraulic controls is new for the TTV models.

The air suspension in the cab, semi-automatic A/C and the new PowerShuttle lever make daily work more comfortable, and the new front loader frame further improves visibility. And for all professionals looking for a tractor that stands out, the new 6C models are available in four special Warrior colours.

Series 8: THE NEW DEUTZ-FAHR MODELS - OVER THE TOP.

Following on from its great success, DEUTZ-FAHR Lamborghini Edition now enlarges its offering with the unveiling at EIMA 2024 of the 8280 TTV model in a striking white livery. The tractor fuses German engineering and reliability with iconic Italian style.

In addition to the powerful 287 HP engine, TTV transmission and hydraulic configurations that meet even the most demanding requirements, the model features first-class luxury equipment, including a premium seat, 4.1 audio system, automatic air conditioning with active carbon filter, air suspension in the cab, as well as high-performance tyres and an all-LED lighting system that turns night into day.
