Extraordinary opening of the SAME Museum Sunday 27 April 2025

Treviglio, April 14, 2025 – On the occasion of the Treviglio Agricultural Fair and the National Made in Italy Day, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Business and Made in Italy to enhance Italian manufacturing and cultural excellence, the SAME Museum and the SDF Historical Archive will extraordinarily open their doors to the public on Sunday, April 27th from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

It will be a unique opportunity to discover the history and innovation that have made the SAME brand a point of reference in the agricultural mechanization sector, to visit the historical archives and in particular the Technical Drawings Archive, which collects more than 260,000 graphic designs, made from 1927 to the 2000s.

The event represents a special opportunity for passionates, families and the curious people to immerse themselves in Italy's industrial and technological heritage. Visitors will be able to see the historical collection of the SAME Museum and the latest models, admiring iconic tractors, period documents and testimonies that tell the story of the company's evolution from its foundation to the present day. In addition, the Technical Drawings Archive will offer an exclusive look at the design and technical development phases of tractors, engines and mechanical components, highlighting the creative process behind the innovation.

During the day, there will also be free interactive activities designed to involve both young and old:
- virtual reality stations will be set up that will allow the player to move and dismantle the DEUTZ-FAHR 5115 DF TTV tractor in all its functional groups;
- tables will be available for children to draw, paint and build their own tractor.

The initiative is part of the official programme of the National Made in Italy Day, which includes events and shows throughout the country to promote the value of Italian companies and their ability to combine tradition and innovation.

We would also like to remind you that the extraordinary opening of the SAME Museum is part of the “Fuori Salone” activities organised on the occasion of the 42nd Bergamo Plain Fair in Treviglio from April 24th through 27th, 2025.

Entrance to the museum and the archive will be free and without reservation for all visitors.
